This role involves implementing Lean Manufacturing practices, leading scheduling best practices, and utilizing advanced skills in ERP, MRP, Excel, and SQL. The Sr. Production Planner also ensures that production processes are optimized and aligned with industry standards, particularly in aerospace and automotive manufacturing. In this role, you will create and maintain efficient production schedules to meet production goals and deadlines while ensuring that materials, resources, and labor are aligned to support these schedules. You will implement Lean Manufacturing and scheduling best practices, utilizing advanced skills in ERP, MRP, Excel, and SQL to optimize production planning processes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure alignment of production schedules with business objectives and maintain accurate records of production schedules, material requirements, and resource allocation. Additionally, you will monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to address any issues or delays.
