In this role, you will develop and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety. You will conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve manufacturing issues, ensuring continuous improvement and reliability. Leading and participating in process improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will optimize production processes and resolve technical issues effectively. Additionally, you will assist in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to standardize operations and maintain quality. You will read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings to support manufacturing activities, and analyze production data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
