Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Sr. Production Manager - Marketing to lead the in-house Creative Services team, ensuring high-quality production across analog and digital media. You will drive process improvements, manage timelines, and optimize resources, reporting to the VP of Creative Services.

A history of building teams of production artists and collaborating with account and creative partners is essential. The role emphasizes regulatory understanding, vendor management, and excellence in execution

About the Role:

The Sr. Production Manager - Marketing is an invaluable partner withing the Creative Services (In-House Agency) who ensures that critical marketing materials are produced to a high standard of quality across analog and digital mediums. They are masters and enforcers of process and best practices. With an incredible eye for detail, a great production manager will always be on the lookout for ways to optimize efficiencies. They seek solutions through process and emerging technology to ensure that creative product is always executed with excellence. Reporting to the VP of Creative Services, this position entails developing and managing a team of high-performing Production Artists. They collaborate with both account and creative partners in the development of critical programs and activations. They manage timelines and set clear expectations around deliverables. They also work with internal partners and external vendors to achieve our executional goals.


What You’ll Do:


  • Build, develop and maintain a team of high-performing Production Artists

What You’ll Bring:


  • Hands-on experience building and managing production processes

  • 10–15+ years in Production Management with CPG and/or large-scale retail experience.
