Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional departments such as logistics, procurement, and quality assurance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly convey expectations and provide constructive feedback.
• Comfort with production or warehouse management systems and basic proficiency in standard office software tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in the food, grocery, or natural products distribution industry is a plus.

Role Description The Sr. Production Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL, responsible for overseeing daily production operations within the facility.
