Golden Touch seeks a Senior/Production Coordinator with Walmart and private label production experience, preferably in kids’ apparel, to oversee end-to-end production from order placement to delivery.

You will coordinate with overseas factories and cross-functional teams to meet timelines, ensure quality, and comply with retailer requirements. The role is hybrid in New York with a 4-day in-office schedule and Friday work-from-home, offering a competitive salary range.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in Walmart and private label production, preferably kids' apparel.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel; PLM experience a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; liaise across teams and with overseas vendors.
• Bilingual preferred; Mandarin a plus.
• Knowledge of garment construction, production timelines, and testing requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with traffic and accounting to ensure timely payment releases and on-schedule goods arrival.
• Review and approve shipping marks, packaging layouts, hangtags, and other materials.
• Ensure compliance with Walmart and private label standards, including testing and packaging requirements.
• Leverage understanding of kids’ apparel production to anticipate fit, safety, and compliance issues.

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior / Production Coordinator with strong Walmart and private label production expertise, preferably in kids’ apparel, to join our team. This role will play a key part in managing the end-to-end production process—from initial order placement through final delivery—while ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and retailer requirements. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a proven track record of managing high-volume production with major retailers.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily correspondence and production coordination with overseas factories.
• Liaise cross-functionally with design, sales, technical design, and traffic teams to ensure seamless workflow.
• Maintain and monitor time and action (T&A) calendars and production WIP reports, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Track and follow up on all production orders to ensure on-time execution, proactively identifying and resolving delays.
• Ensure bulk deliveries meet retailer requirements, timelines, and quality standards; communicate updates promptly to the sales team.
• Coordinate with traffic and accounting to ensure timely payment releases and on-schedule goods arrival at the warehouse.
• Review and approve/comment on shipping marks, packaging layouts, hangtags, and other production-related materials.
• Ensure compliance with Walmart and private label standards, including testing and packaging requirements.
• Leverage in-depth understanding of kids’ apparel production to anticipate and resolve fit, safety, and compliance challenges.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Walmart and private label production experience; kids’ apparel experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with PLM systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across teams and with overseas vendors.
• Extremely detail-oriented, resourceful, and adaptable to shifting priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, production timelines, and testing requirements.
• Bilingual is preferred; Mandarin-speaking is a plus.

Hybrid Work Schedule

4 days a week in the office, Friday work from home

New York Pay Rate $75,000 - $90,000
