Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in Product Design with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design, UX thinking, and execution.
• Strong expertise in Motion Design and incorporating motion into user experiences.
• Deep understanding of game design principles, user motivation, and engagement psychology.
• Demonstrated passion for and knowledge of sports.
• Experience utilizing AI tools and AI-assisted workflows within the design process.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, agile environment while managing broad responsibilities and frequent feedback.

Schedule: Regular day hours, 3 days in office per week, 2 remote
