Job summary

The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Disney Experiences (DX) Data Products and Platforms in Florida. You will define the what and why of data products, translating internal needs into a clear vision and roadmap to accelerate business value.

You will prioritize intake, drive data roadmaps aligned with team strategy and OKRs, and lead cross-team coordination to deliver scalable data platform investments.

As a Senior Product Manager in Data Products and Platforms, you will own the "what" and "why" behind our data products and platform capabilities. You're the voice of the customer—whether that's an internal analyst, a business stakeholder, or another engineering team—and you translate their needs into a clear product vision and roadmap.

You will be responsible for prioritizing intake and ensuring data roadmaps accelerate business value realization and align with the overall team vision, strategy, and OKRs.

Responsibilities :

Required Qualifications :

• Understanding of modern cloud-based data platforms and architectures (e.g., ingestion patterns, medallion architecture).

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience working with remote repos like GitHub and GitLab.


• Experience working with AI Tools, such as Claude.


• Experience working with Snowflake.


• Experience applying product management principles to data products.


• Experience planning and delivering large-scale data or platform initiatives.

Required Education :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Management, Engineering, or comparable field of study, and/or equivalent work experience.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

The hiring range for this position in Florida is $137,200.00-$184,000.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
