We are looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to join our team in San Jose, California. Reporting to the VP, Product Marketing you’ll be responsible for driving product marketing areas for Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), the industry's first and most deployed Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) offering, owning all elements of the product marketing function as it relates to your area and driving success measurably. In this role you will:

  • Lead the execution of a cross-functional GTM strategy to help Zscaler’s ZTNA continue being the leader in the space and to grow market share further.
  • Work closely with other teams across Zscaler - product management, PMM and field teams to understand product roadmaps in order to craft, execute, and measure high impact launches and events.
  • Develop marketing plans, working closely with sales, demand generation, web/digital, and field and customer marketing to create industry-leading experiences to generate a healthy pipeline and strong customer expansion programs.
  • Identify metrics, including influenced pipeline, share of voice, and drive regular communication on progress for the GTM team.
  • Enable/train a growing sales and partner organization to effectively communicate Zscaler’s differentiated value proposition.

What we are looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 6+ years of experience in product marketing at high-tech companies that target IT organizations.
  • Ability to thoroughly understand market segments, their needs, buyer personas and their journeys, and vendorscape to build deeply persuasive and differentiated messaging, content and assessments.
  • Analytical with a creative mind, able to juggle many projects, and manage expectations across multiple stakeholders.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Past experience within IT networking teams, or in sales engineering, product or technical marketing within networking vendors.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
  • Love to roll up your sleeves to get stuff done!

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range: $161,000 - $230,000 USD
