Who You Are

As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager II, you’ll lead go-to-market strategies for cross-brand product launches. This role will collaborate closely with brand marketing/GTM teams and product management to develop strategic marketing content and execute integrated campaigns that drive awareness, demand, and adoption.

This highly visible role requires building trust and working closely with key executives, internal teams, and brand partners. An entrepreneurial spirit is necessary in this fast-paced position, working closely with in-development products, and adjusting marketing campaigns and strategies in real-time as roadmaps change. Ultimately, you will be the glue that brings a product and its target users together, binding our GTM strategy to the tactics and stakeholders needed to drive success.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead persona-centric Go-to-Market (GTM) campaigns and strategies for new product launches.
  • Create and align custom GTM launch plans, including target personas, positioning & messaging, launch calendars, checklists, deliverables, communication channel strategy, activation plans, and campaign-specific OKRs, with the GTM teams.
  • Leverage the new Network Activation project framework to develop cross-channel campaign strategies, working closely with the Asst. Product Marketing Manager to manage deployment timelines and report on/analyze results across brands.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (brand marketing, communications, client success, servicing/ops, and creative teams) to bring our GTM strategy, product positioning and narrative to life, kicking off a cross-functional marketing brief with all teams and working closely to manage timelines and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with product management to understand and determine value propositions and target audiences.
  • Determine product marketing KPIs and monitor them to iterate for success.
  • Weave product feedback, case studies, and testimonials into our product stories.
  • Design and deliver compelling presentations that communicate complex issues and illustrate findings, ideas, and recommendations.
  • Keep a pulse on market and customer trends.
What You Bring
  • 7+ years of product marketing or related marketing experience.
  • Expert in positioning and messaging, with a focus on customer and market insights, excellent copywriting and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional teams to deliver marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Creative and innovative thinking, with an innate curiosity and a data-led decision-making approach.
  • Strong project management skills with a self-starter ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Executive presence and ability to command a (virtual) room.
  • Ability to influence others and build trust quickly across a matrixed organization.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to streamline information and deliver executive-ready presentations for C-Suite and Sr. Management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Experience in the real estate industry or PropTech is a plus.
  • Experience in HubSpot and Canva is a plus.
