  • Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and develop cohesive cross-product narratives.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and align cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Experience within Higher Education or enterprise technology ecosystems is preferred.

Job description

Adobe is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead product marketing efforts across platforms in our Higher Education business. This role has specific ownership of Deployment & Access for IT administrators. This role will help build how colleges and universities experience Adobe through its various products and platforms. The Senior PMM will find opportunities to develop more connected, cohesive experiences for Higher Education customers. This includes leading product marketing for the capabilities that enable IT administrators to deploy, provision, manage, and provide access to Adobe products at scale. Serving as an advocate for the customer, the Senior PMM will translate market insights into product positioning, messaging, launch planning, and recommendations that increase customer adoption and long-term value. They will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and the Education Go-to-Market organization to bring cross-platform and Deployment & Access initiatives to market effectively.

What You Need To Succeed

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $120,700 -- $219,750 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In California, the pay range for this position is $151,800 - $219,750 In Washington, the pay range for this position is $143,100 - $207,300

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
