Role Summary

The Sr Product Manager, T-Life, is a visionary and strategic leader responsible for owning T-Mobile's internal and external products, platforms, services, and experiences. You will identify customer needs, assess technical feasibility, align with business goals, secure funding, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Own end-to-end product management for complex solutions, including vision and roadmap development.
  2. Identify target customers and lead user research efforts.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current experiences and identify opportunities.
  4. Anticipate industry trends and incorporate innovations into product strategies.
  5. Communicate and influence at all organizational levels, including VP and below.
  6. Stay informed on tech trends and evaluate their impact on product development.
  7. Advocate for customer-centric design and foster a customer-first culture.
  8. Develop strong working relationships across teams and with external partners.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. 7+ years of product management experience in an agile environment, with a strong understanding of customer experience.
  2. Proven success in managing large, complex initiatives and leading cross-functional teams.
  3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  4. Experience with Agile tools and methodologies.
  5. Strong analytical and requirements elicitation skills.
  6. Bachelor's Degree required.
  7. At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Travel: Travel required (Yes/No)

Base Pay Range: $130,900 - $236,200; Bonus Target: 20%
