Amazon seeks a Senior Product Manager - Technical, Digital Acceleration to own the roadmap for digital commerce systems and subscription management experiences. You will work with product managers, engineers, UX designers, and senior leaders worldwide to define initiatives and drive customer-focused outcomes.

You will manage programs across the subscription lifecycle with autonomy, shaping strategy and delivering impactful customer experiences at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end to end product delivery experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

As Senior Product Manager - Technical, you will be responsible for the definition and development of the product roadmap for our digital commerce systems and subscription management experiences on Amazon. If you are looking for a highly strategic role with a big business impact, and passionate about inventing on behalf of our customers, this position is for you.

You will work closely with (Technical) Product Managers, Developers, User Experience Designers, as well as Senior Business Leaders globally to define new initiatives and customer experiences, analyze the business and present your vision. You will conceive and manage various programs driving customers through the subscription lifecycle and retention funnel. This position is responsible for owning and developing a clear product roadmap and will enjoy a high amount of autonomy, with the ability to set strategy and implement a diverse set of initiatives and projects throughout the year.

Key job responsibilities

• Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative software and services that enable experimentation.
• Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand and improve product capabilities.
• Analyze customer feedback and usage metrics to identify key pain points.
• Build innovative concepts and successfully champion them through senior management and stakeholder leadership teams.
• Work successfully across digital businesses to ship new features and add meaningful customer experience updates.
• Manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences.
• Present confidently to senior management, external clients, and other large audiences.
• Roll up sleeves as necessary to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet our high standards of quality.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
