Want to build the software that fundamentally changes how Amazon develops products? Does the intersection of retail and technology excite you? Looking to experiment with Gen AI solutions? Let's chat!

The product: We are building a product lifecycle management solution - Private Brands Central - for worldwide Amazon Private Brands. The goal of this platform is to reduce time to market and enhance productivity by rethinking retail development and product management norms. How might we 10x throughput or entirely automate retail tasks with Gen AI are day-to-day challenges this team works on.

The team: Amazon Private Brands (APB) is a highly visible global business. We aspire to make every day better with the most trusted products on the planet. We hold a high bar while challenging the status quo and know how to laugh at ourselves.

The role: We are looking for a passionate Sr. Product Manager - Technical to own and drive products within PBC. You will work with stakeholders across global marketplaces in Hardlines, Softlines, and Consumables to define requirements and gain alignment to deliver a seamless product experience for your modules. This is a unique role that offers the opportunity to build something new, work across strategic businesses, and interact with global stakeholders. This will be no easy feat as this requires alternating between big picture thinking and obsessing with the details, identifying risks, and being a true product owner.

About the team
This team builds functional modules within the Private Brands Central Product Lifecycle Management tool to accelerate speed to market for new product development for Amazon Private Brands (APB) and reduce dwell time for specific processes. Examples include: Developing an externalized module for sourcing Request For Quotations (RFQs) from APB suppliers, launching an automated process to manage sustainability and quality related claims for APB products, and automating ASIN and Detail Page creation on Amazon systems.

This is a full-time position that may require travel, up to 10% of the time over the course of the year to domestic or international Amazon locations.

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
