Amazon is looking for a Senior Product Manager with a strong delivery record and proven Salesforce management experience to lead day-to-day Salesforce operations and drive process improvement initiatives. This role requires Salesforce administration experience, as well as experience scoping and creating project plans, developing processes, driving execution, and communicating to senior management. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential. The ideal candidate will leverage extensive Salesforce administration and product management experience, combined with deep analytical capabilities and a keen sense of innovation, to manage day-to-day responsibilities and lead complex projects from conception to completion.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
