  • Represent the voice of the customer and be a subject matter expert internally and externally.
  • Contribute to webinars, blogs, and other marketing content to promote product capabilities.
  • Engage with customers during calls and demos, gather feedback, and work with Growth, Implementation, and Client Success to support adoption and long-term value.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Experience with API-based products and working knowledge of modern technology stacks.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to varied audiences.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to execution details.
  • Comfort with tactical execution and roadmap development in coordination with multiple teams.
  • Experience engaging directly with customers through calls, events, and other public-facing activities.
  • Knowledge of competitive and AI-driven revenue cycle solutions is a plus.
