At Thryv, we’re a team that lives by teamwork. However, it’s not the work that drives us, it’s the respect, trust, and care for each other that defines us as a team. We’re a diverse community of trendsetters who do our best work in a fun, relaxed environment. Technology never stops evolving and neither do we. We’re always looking for the best and brightest team players to join us.

This role is responsible for leading the mobile strategy for Thryv and Keap. The role will define how we approach mobile platforms—mobile web, mobile app, or both—and identify the optimal experience to support SMB customer needs across devices. This is a critical role responsible for delivering a unified, customer-first mobile experience that aligns with our broader product and business goals.

  • Mobile Strategy and Execution: Defines Thryv's mobile platform strategy across web and native app experiences. Recommends the best approach to meet user needs and business goals based on platform behavior and usage patterns. Evaluates tradeoffs between mobile web and mobile app development based on performance, cost, engagement, and customer experience.
  • Use Case Prioritization: Identifies and prioritizes use cases best served via desktop, mobile web, or mobile app. Ensure each platform supports high-value user flows that drive retention and product adoption.
  • Cross-Platform Integration: Integrates existing mobile strategies from Thryv and Keap to create a cohesive product direction. Builds a mobile roadmap aligned with the Thryv 2.0 platform strategy.
  • Customer Experience: Partners with Design, Engineering, and Product-Led Growth teams to create mobile-first UX. Champions mobile usability, accessibility, and performance best practices.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Serves as the mobile strategy owner in cross-functional initiatives involving PLG, marketing, UX, and engineering. Presents strategy updates, roadmaps, and decisions to senior leadership.
  • Market Awareness: Conducts competitive analysis and stays up to date on mobile trends and tools. Leverages emerging technologies where appropriate to create differentiation.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent), required.
  • Master's degree (or international equivalent), preferred.
  • 5+ years of related experience, required. Product management experience, including mobile web and/or native app product development, required.
  • 9+ years of related experience, preferred. Experience in marketing tech stacks such as email marketing, CRM, and marketing automation, preferred.

Familiarity with user analytics, A/B testing, and behavioral data in a mobile context and exposure to PLG-driven feature discovery and in-product upgrade strategies, preferred.

  • Strong understanding of mobile design paradigms, platform limitations (iOS, Android, web), and mobile-specific KPIs.
  • Proven track-record of shipping successful mobile solutions for SaaS or SMB-focused platforms.
  • Ability to translate strategy into clear roadmaps and tactical execution.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity with a bias for action.
  • Ability to travel less than 5% of the time.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required.
  • Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed.
