The Browse & SEO team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to help us reimagine the browse landing page experience and meet the needs of millions of eBay users across the globe. In addition to powering a relevant part of the buyer journey, browse pages are also highly optimized for external search engines, such as Google, Bing, and Yahoo, to generate a significant amount of organic traffic for eBay. You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, researchers, data scientists, and business partners to identify customer needs, develop product strategies, and test solutions.
The successful candidate for this role understands how to use data and research insights to make product decisions to improve both user experience and drive SEO traffic. This person would have a track record of successfully evangelizing and delivering complex products in a large matrixed organization. This role will work directly with many partners both within the product team as well as with functional and business partners, so the ability to drive consensus and problem solve is crucial.
The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
$178,400 - $238,200
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
