FableticsOS is seeking a Sr. Product Manager II – Planning to lead the execution, evolution, and operational excellence of the technology platforms that power our merchandising planning and inventory management capabilities. This role is responsible for the day-to-day product management of our Planning ecosystem, including Blue Yonder, while driving future initiatives such as Assortment Planning, Line Planning, and other strategic planning capabilities.
As a key member of the Product Creation Technology team, you will partner closely with Merchandising, Planning & Allocation, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, and external technology partners to deliver scalable solutions that improve forecasting, inventory optimization, assortment planning, and business decision-making.
This position reports to the Product Management Director, Product Creation Technology.
As a Sr. Product Manager II, you are a strategic product leader who understands how technology enables world-class planning and inventory management. You excel at translating business needs into scalable technology solutions while maintaining the operational health of critical enterprise applications.
You are equally comfortable partnering with business stakeholders to define priorities, collaborating with engineering teams to execute solutions, and working with technology vendors to deliver new capabilities. Your work enables better inventory decisions, improved forecast accuracy, optimized assortments, and stronger cross-functional collaboration across the business.

The annual basesalary range for this position is from $125,928-$175,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects topayfor the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
