Sr Product Manager, Enterprise Solutions

Job overview:

Omada is a leading provider of virtual-first care for weight health, diabetes, hypertension, and musculoskeletal issues. As a Senior Product Manager for Enterprise Solutions, you will lead advance discovery and help to shape strategic customer partnerships in support of Omada’s expansion into the payer, PBM and Provider ecosystem. You will operate between product squads and commercial teams, identifying gaps and opportunities, and advocating for the problems we should be solving with customers and potential partners. You will directly support the Senior Director, Product in high impact special projects. This is a dynamic position in which you will get exposure to many aspects of the business, and will have an opportunity to partner closely with other product managers on the team to build innovative programs and tools.

About you:

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • 10+ years of a combination of market and/or product strategy, product management, general management, software development, consulting, product or business operations
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Passionate about building experiences that people love to use
  • Able to think beyond constraints to imagine new ways to enroll and engage members
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong technical understanding
  • At home in ambiguous or green field opportunity spaces, with a track record of successfully bringing 0-1 products to market
  • Adept at solving problems with limited resources, and proactively advocating for whatever it is you need to succeed
  • Strong writer and clear communicator
  • Collaborative, and able to drive alignment in a group of stakeholders
  • Comfortable analyzing data and leading research/discovery efforts to understand a problem space, identify opportunities, and propose solutions
  • Human-centered product development and Continuous Discovery experience a plus
  • Experience leveraging AI/ML to personalize products and build efficient workflows a plus
  • Prior experience at a healthcare company a plus, especially in partnership with health insurers or PBMs

In this role, you’ll partner closely with our commercial organization to identify high impact partnership opportunities and shape the potential integration or product support the opportunity will require. You will:

  • Explore new verticals for Omada, like Provider partnerships as potential avenues for enrollments and member engagement
  • Cultivate an innovative environment that challengesyour cross-functional peers to think in new ways
  • Mentor and support other PMs on the team to hone their product management skills
  • Establish best practices for proactively tracking progress against corporate and team objectives

Below is a summary of salary ranges for this role in the following geographies:

California, New York State and Washington State Base Compensation Ranges: $174,800 - $218,500*, Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $167,200 - $209,000*. Other states may vary.

This role is also eligible for participation in annual cash bonus and stock options.

*The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, such as the candidate's skills and experience, and other business considerations.
