Job description

Job Summary

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and advance our Device Security solution — an AI‑first solution that discovers, assesses, and protects every managed, unmanaged, and IoT/OT device in organizations. You’ll own product areas across our key pillars and drive cross‑functional delivery from concept to launch.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in IoT/OT Security, Vulnerability Management, Network Security (NGFWs, NAC), Endpoint/EDR, or CTEM/CAASM/ASPM. A systems mindset, comfort in engineering‑level discussions, and ability to lead customer‑facing presentations are essential. Fluency in autonomous AI workflows as a product is a differentiator.

Success in this role demands agility, excellent time management, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and communicate product strategy and roadmap aligned to business goals and market trends.
  • Translate customer needs into clear business and functional requirements across the portfolio.
  • Partner with UX to craft intuitive workflows and dashboards that drive engagement.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and GTM throughout the product lifecycle to deliver high‑quality releases.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on customer insights, business value, and technical feasibility.
  • Lead go‑to‑market readiness with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer – validate features, test builds, guide post‑launch iterations.
  • Stay ahead of managed/unmanaged device and IoT/OT security trends through research and competitive analysis.
  • Evangelize Device Security’s AI capabilities – ML‑based discovery, LLM enrichment, multi‑factor risk scoring – to partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Own the roadmap areas – turning autonomous AI capabilities into trustworthy product experiences. Ground features in customer use cases and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive Device Security expansion – coordinating across Business Units, Product, IT, NPI, and partner teams.
  • Track adoption metrics; partner with CS and GTM to convert deployments into realized security value.
  • Lead platform scale initiatives and define requirements for agentic actions on NetSec and 3rd‑party systems.
  • Act as a product evangelist for Device Security, articulating how the AI‑first platform delivers outcomes competitors cannot match.
Required Qualifications
  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical or business discipline—or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years in cybersecurity – IoT/OT, Vulnerability Management, Network Security, Endpoint/EDR, CTEM/CAASM/ASPM or AEV – with at least 4 years in Product Management in a B2B SaaS or security platform environment.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable product deliverables with world‑class engineering teams.
  • Creative thinker with strong market differentiation instincts and a track record of driving innovation.
  • Demonstrated success collaborating across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and GTM to deliver high‑impact outcomes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; able to build alignment across diverse teams and partners.
  • Skilled at tracking cross‑team deliverables, assessing risk, and managing timelines.
  • Hands‑on experience with day‑to‑day product delivery; large‑scale program leadership a plus.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and disciplined communication.
  • Experience defining 3rd‑party integration strategy (EDR, MDM, VM, SOAR) and delivering scalable API frameworks with engineering.
  • Familiarity with vulnerability prioritization – CVSS, EPSS, multi‑factor risk scoring – and how these drive product decisions.
  • Understanding of IoT/OT device constraints – legacy protocols, unpatchable devices, OT downtime risk – and how they shape product design.
  • Experience across multi‑product platform ecosystems (NGFW, SIEM, SOAR, cloud security) defining integration requirements for platform synergies.
  • Ability to write crisp requirements for agentic AI features – autonomous policy enforcement, AI‑driven remediation – and evaluate architecture tradeoffs with engineering.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; able to deliver compelling executive presentations.
  • Proficient in data‑driven decision‑making using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Baseline AI Skills:
  • Daily use of LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) for PRD drafting, competitive research, and customer feedback synthesis.
  • Prompt engineering – structured, iterative prompts producing high‑quality product artifacts.
  • AI‑assisted analysis – interpreting usage data, synthesizing interviews, surfacing patterns at scale.
  • Working knowledge of ML concepts relevant to the domain – classification, anomaly detection, behavioral baselines, LLM knowledge bases – sufficient to ask sharp questions in engineering reviews.
  • Agentic AI fluency – multi‑step reasoning, tool‑use patterns, and human‑in‑the‑loop design; enough to own agentic feature development end‑to‑end.
  • Experience with AI productivity tools (meeting intelligence, writing assistants) to demonstrably improve team output.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry familiarity in Healthcare, Manufacturing, Transportation, BMS, or Utilities; OEM experience (GE, Cerner, Siemens, Rockwell, Yokogawa).
  • Experience with CTEM, CAASM, or ASPM platforms.
  • Familiarity with Cortex XSOAR, Strata Cloud Manager, Prisma Access, or SD‑WAN ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of IEC‑62443, NERC‑CIP, or NIST 800‑82.
  • Experience with OT Secure Remote Access (CyberArk, PAM, browser isolation).
  • FedRAMP authorization experience (Moderate or High/IL5).
  • Familiarity with XSIAM or converged SOC platforms and OT telemetry integration.
