  • Partners with engineering to deliver modular, cloud-native services such as user identity, notifications, and subscription management.
  • Works closely with cross-functional stakeholders (design, engineering, PMs) to ensure adoption, usability, and integration of feedback.
  • Establishes measurable goals (OKRs) and tracks success through adoption metrics, performance benchmarks, and team satisfaction.
  • Champions design quality, accessibility, and developer experience through scalable systems and governance.

  • 9+ years of related experience, preferred.
  • Strategic Systems Thinking: Skilled at translating complex UI/UX requirements into scalable design systems and modular shared services that support long-term product growth and cross-team adoption.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Skilled at uniting designers, engineers, and product stakeholders around a shared vision, prioritizing requirements, and driving collaboration across disciplines and teams.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical details in terms of business value. Strong experience in defining roadmaps, managing backlogs, and delivering high-quality services in fast-paced environments, consistently focused on achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Expertise in Micro-Frontends and Navigation Architecture: Demonstrated experience working with micro-frontend architecture and shared navigation systems, ensuring consistent routing, layout frameworks, and seamless integration across a distributed product ecosystem.
  • A passion for developing clean, responsible, and scalable data and AI solutions.
  • Experience scaling and launching enterprise-grade design systems across multiple product teams, including managing versioning, component governance, and educating stakeholders within the design and engineering disciplines.
  • Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks and tools (e.g., React, Tailwind, Figma, Storybook) and their integration into developer workflows and CI/CD processes to enhance reusability and consistency.
  • Demonstrated success in leading shared platform or microservice initiatives such as user identity/authentication, feature flagging, or notification frameworks that provide foundational services across a SaaS product suite.
