  • 4 to 5years of experience in product management with a focus on delivering B2B software solutions
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating within a matrixed organization to coordinate across business units and functions, successfully launching software products that enhance the customer experience and deliver measurable results
  • Analytical and data-driven, with a consistent track record of using data, customer insights, and external benchmarks to inform product decisions and develop well-supported points of view
  • Customer focused mindset: you understand and address customer needs, with an interest in engaging with users to validate those solutions align with their expectations and challenges
  • Demonstrates abias toward action, consistently driving projects forward with a sense of urgency, making decisions swiftly while maintaining focus on delivering results
  • Skilled in breaking down product goals into incremental, testable steps that align with iterative development practices
  • Capable of clearly communicating product progress and outcomes to a variety of stakeholders, including senior leadership

The posted range for this position is$100,000 - $130,000which is the expected starting salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a bonus target not reflected in the range.
