Onsite/Remote: Remote Position. This position is eligible for remote work, but arrangements may be delayed for training or acclimation and are subject to change.
As a Senior Product Manager focused on Customer Sales Leads and Fleet Recommendations, you will help shape how John Deere identifies and engages current and prospective customers. You will build capabilities that integrate customer sales leads with technology and recommendations, and craft a customer fleet data product to understand customer equipment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver scalable data products that empower dealers and internal teams, enhancing customer interactions and digital experiences. You will need a thorough understanding of customer needs, data pipelines, and success metrics.
