We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the development of scalable tools, data services, and workflows that power the client-facing operations of a high-growth health tech company. This role will sit at the center of cross-functional collaboration, designing solutions for internal teams like Customer Success, Sales, and Implementation, while also delivering value directly to clients. You’ll help build and refine systems around eligibility data, claims processing, reporting, and more—bringing a product mindset to critical business operations. If you thrive in fast-paced, complex environments and enjoy solving data interoperability and automation challenges, this opportunity is for you.

Accountabilities:

  • Define and lead the product strategy and roadmap to support operational scalability across hundreds of clients.
  • Build tools and systems to streamline workflows for cross-functional teams including Sales, Implementation, and Finance.
  • Manage operational data systems such as CRM integrations, eligibility ingestion, and claims processes.
  • Leverage AI and automation to reduce manual work, enhance productivity, and improve data integrity.
  • Develop scalable, data-driven reporting tools that meet internal and external stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data teams to translate complex challenges into intuitive, impactful products.
  • Champion a product-led approach to improving internal service delivery and client success outcomes.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management or similar product development roles.
  • Proven success leading 0-to-1 initiatives and driving product development through ambiguity.
  • Strong understanding of API integrations, data standards (e.g., FHIR), eligibility and claims systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with complex datasets and build data-first product solutions.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience with AI tools or behavior change applications is a plus.
  • Strong alignment with values such as ownership, collaboration, and evidence-based decision-making.
  • Competitive compensation: $170,000–$200,000 annually
  • Remote-first workplace with hubs in Denver and San Francisco
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Generous paid time off and parental leave policies
  • Company equity and 401(k) retirement plans
  • Mission-driven work impacting lives through health transformation
  • Opportunities for growth, innovation, and cross-functional leadership
  • Supportive, values-based culture with a focus on transparency and inclusion
