Kodiak Robotics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Assisted Autonomy product from end-to-end. You will coordinate software and hardware integration, work with cross-functional teams, and define a scalable AA strategy aimed at safe, high-impact deployment.

The company has developed an artificial intelligence (AI) powered technology stack purpose-built for commercial trucking and the public sector. The company delivers freight daily for its customers across the southern United States using its autonomous technology. In 2024, Kodiak became the first known company to publicly announce delivering a driverless semi-truck to a customer. Kodiak is also leveraging its commercial self-driving software to develop, test and deploy autonomous capabilities for the U.S. Department of Defense.
Kodiak is seeking a highly skilled and intrapreneurial Senior Product Manager to drive the development of our Assisted Autonomy (AA) solution. AA allows a human to remotely control a truck in certain low-speed and clearly-defined scenarios that benefit from human involvement. AA is part of the functionality of Kodiak's autonomous solution, the Kodiak Driver.
This is anIndividual Contributor (IC) PM role that requires end-to-end product ownership of Assisted Autonomy at Kodiak. You will be responsible for assessing and tracking the market, listening to customers, analyzing data, and evaluating Kodiak’s capabilities to unify a cross-functional team behind a cohesive product vision and strategy. Because this role involves both software and hardware, it requires a unique blend of technical depth, B2C UX/design sensibility, and rigorous execution.
The pay range listed below reflects the base salary in our SF/Silicon Valley location, across several internal levels. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors including: work location, experience, relevant training, education, skill level and performance during interview. Total compensation at Kodiak includes base pay, equity, bonus and a competitive benefits package
$180,000 - $200,000 USD
