- We are hiring on behalf of a global IT services leader, seeking a Product Manager with deep expertise in Generative AI to lead product strategy and delivery across Sales and Support technology stacks.
Job Summary
- We’re looking for a Product Manager with a strong background in AI and enterprise platforms to define roadmaps, drive GenAI integration, and collaborate cross-functionally on cutting-edge Sales and Support technologies. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, customer-centric product development, and hands-on knowledge of AI services.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain a multi-quarter product roadmap focused on Sales/Support tools
- Lead the integration of Generative and Agentic AI capabilities into product offerings
- Conduct market research and collect customer feedback to guide product direction
- Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Sales, Legal, and Support teams to ensure delivery
- Define KPIs, analyze performance data, and iterate based on insights
- Stay updated with AI trends and guide development of AI-powered features
- Drive product vision from ideation through go-to-market execution
Key Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Management experience, including AI-driven product launches
- Proven success in Sales and Support tech domains
- Strong knowledge of Generative AI / Agentic AI, use case integration experience
- Hands-on with cloud AI platforms: Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, AWS SageMaker
- Experience integrating AI into CRM and Support platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA a plus)
- Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks, data analysis, and UX principles for AI features
