Job summary

Frontline Education is seeking a Senior Product Manager in the United States to own customer and business outcomes for core product areas. You’ll partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to identify problems, define measurable outcomes, and deliver scalable, educator-focused solutions.

You’ll excel at understanding customer needs, uncovering opportunities through research, and translating insights into clear direction that drives adoption, retention, and value for schools and districts.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading product initiatives in SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Track record delivering products that solve meaningful customer problems and drive outcomes.
  • Strong customer discovery, strategy, and prioritization skills with the ability to translate insights into direction.
  • Experience with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering) to deliver impact.
  • Comfort working with data to inform decisions and measure success.
  • Experience collaborating across teams including sales, customer success, and other customer-facing roles.

As a Senior Product Manager at Frontline Education, you will own customer and business outcomes for key product areas that help school districts operate more effectively and support the people who make learning possible. You will work within an empowered Product, Design, and Engineering team, partnering closely to identify meaningful customer problems, define measurable outcomes, and deliver solutions that create lasting value for educators and administrators.

This role is especially well-suited for someone who thrives in understanding customer needs, uncovering opportunities through research and discovery, and translating insights into clear product direction and measurable impact. Working at the intersection of customer needs, business priorities, and evolving technology, you will help bring clarity to complex problems and deliver intuitive, scalable experiences designed for the real world of education.

Compensation & Benefits

The full-based compensation range for this position is $120,000-$160,000.
