DUTIES:

Drive and own all major Product Engineering analyses and deliverables during the New Product Development cycle. Practice continuous improvement and yield optimization by tracking wafer foundry parameters, uncovering correlations and troubleshooting process and equipment issues. This include performing detailed analysis of data sets to identify key parameters needing improvement or establish product capability as well as setting up statistical process controls to include generating code to automate tasks with large data sets or complex analysis; commercial software such as JMP or Spotfire, along with Python or other similar object oriented, procedural and/or functional programming languages; providing detailed analyses for each major design revision during the prototype phase of development, identifying key parameters needing improvement and communicating these to the core development team; driving the development of production RF/DC electrical test plans of silicon wafers and packaged devices on Automatic test equipment; supporting Test Engineering activities to debug, validate, and release production test hardware/software in C# and C programming languages; generating Yield Plans that provide a roadmap for improving manufacturing efficiency in order to optimize cost models and meet yield targets. Also, responsibilities will employ appropriate Statistical Process Control (SPC) principles to reduce variability in product performance as well as to detect and remove outlier material to maximize product quality. Develop test plans for prototype and production electrical testing of wafers and packaged devices to ensure effective test coverage and Data Sheet compliance while optimizing test time. Compile and analyze data using common statistical techniques (time-series analysis, CPK, DOE, SPC, ANOVA) and effectively present key results along with recommended actions. Hybrid Work Schedule: 3 days in the office and 2 days work from home within reasonable commuting distance from the office.
