Job summary

Adecco Creative & Marketing is partnering with a national gifting brand known for its design-driven products to hire a Senior Product Development Manager in Brooklyn, NY. Hybrid – 3 days onsite; salary $100-120K depending on experience.

You’ll lead product ideation, development, and execution across categories, build decks for trend meetings, mentor 1–2 developers, and partner with senior leadership to bring concepts from idea to shelf.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product development.
• Proven ability to create new product formats and concepts.
• Strong project management with multitasking under tight deadlines.
• Experience mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead ideation, development, and execution across multiple categories.
• Create product decks for monthly, seasonal, and trend meetings.
• Provide creative and strategic guidance to the design team.
• Present new product concepts to retail buyers as needed.
• Delegate projects and manage timelines with the team.
• Mentor 1–2 product developers/associates.
• Lead seasonal brainstorming sessions with the team.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to move concepts to shelf.

Location: Kensington / Brooklyn, NY (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Salary: $100-120K a year based on exp.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead product ideation, development, and execution across multiple categories
• Develop product decks and presentations for monthly, seasonal, and trend meetings
• Provide creative and strategic guidance to the design team
• Occasionally present new product concepts to retail buyers
• Delegate and oversee projects across product developers while managing timelines
• Manage and mentor 1–2 product developers/associates
• Participate in team-wide seasonal brainstorming sessions
• Partner closely with senior leadership to bring concepts from idea to shelf

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in product development
• Proven ability to create new product formats and concepts
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines
• Experience managing and developing team members
• Confidence running presentations and working in PowerPoint and Excel
• A proactive leader with strong communication and organizational skills
