As a member of the Growth team, you'll play a key role in driving business outcomes by helping users find increased value and efficiency with GitLab. Ensuring a frictionless experience for users who want to get started, trial, purchase, and explore new features is essential to delivering results for our customers.
The Engagement team is focused on driving deeper product adoption from activated users by improving both the depth and breadth of their GitLab usage. You'll be working on initiatives that help users adopt GitLab as a daily-driver tool and discover additional functionality to meet a wider range of their needs.
Product Design supports the teams at GitLab by becoming experts in our stage group, educating ourselves about the entire product, and staying engaged with user and business goals.
