Job summary

Amazon Health is seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead end-to-end design for complex healthcare experiences, turning strategy into scalable UI and UX patterns for desktop and mobile.

You will mentor junior designers, contribute to the design system, and integrate AI-driven methodologies to create user-centered AI-native features. Expect collaboration with researchers, product managers, and engineers in a fast-paced environment.

A day in the life

As a Senior UX Designer at Amazon Health, you'll tackle some of our most complex customer problems. You're expected to think like an owner and raise the bar for customer experience. Your day might be involve collaborating with UX Researchers on a new study, brainstorming innovative solutions with Product Managers, or presenting your latest designs to senior leadership. You'll use your organizational and communication skills to bring clarity to ambiguous situations, working strategically with team members across the organization.

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years of design experience

• Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps
• Knowledge of best practices for information architecture and interaction design, user-centered design process
• Experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, or experience in finance roles
• Experience relying on analytics and data to cultivate deep customer empathy, shape product decisions and track effectiveness of change

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
