Job summary

Chase seeks a Senior Associate, Product Manager in Identity Product to lead end-to-end product life cycle for identity capabilities that protect customer information. You will translate customer needs into outcomes, and partner with design and engineering to deliver scalable, resilient products.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of product management experience and domain relevance.
  • Ability to lead end-to-end product life cycle including discovery, ideation, development, requirements, and value management.
  • Knowledge of product development practices, user-centered design, and data analytics.
  • Experience conducting customer research and translating insights into decisions.
  • Ability to define measurable outcomes and adjust priorities using data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication across teams.

As a Senior Associate, Product Manager in Identity Product, you lead the end-to-end product life cycle for identity capabilities that protect customer identity and demographic information. You act as the voice of the customer, translate needs into clear outcomes, and partner across teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and stable products. You use data and customer feedback to continuously improve product performance and customer experience.

Job responsibilities

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Knowledge of product development practices, user-centered design, and data analytics
  • Experience conducting customer research and translating insights into product decisions
  • Ability to define measurable outcomes and use data to adjust priorities and approach
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence across teams
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Experience building products that protect customer identity or sensitive customer information
  • Familiarity with product experimentation practices and iterative delivery approaches
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining customer focus
