Job summary

Alkami Technology, Inc. is seeking a Sr Product Analyst to bridge stakeholders and cross-functional teams. You’ll drive requirements, enable data-backed decisions, and align product capabilities with business goals in a remote-first environment across the US.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of related experience, a Bachelor’s in a related field, and strong SQL/Excel and Power BI/Tableau skills. You’ll collaborate with PMs, engineers, and executives to optimize features and outcomes.

The Sr Product Analyst serves as a key liaison between stakeholders and cross-functional teams, driving business requirements, operational improvements, and data-backed decisions. This role blends analytical rigor, stakeholder management, and clear communication to translate business needs into scalable, strategic solutions.

Sr Product Analysts operate with growing autonomy and play a critical role in aligning business goals with product capabilities and customer value.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Drive stakeholder alignment by leading requirements gathering sessions and facilitating consensus across teams.
• Translate complex business challenges into clear documentation, including use cases, user stories, and functional requirements.
• Conduct data-driven analysis by synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data to uncover trends, insights, and recommendations.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to shape feature development and ensure alignment with business outcomes.
• Enhance cross-functional collaboration by acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams.
• Develop visual artifacts (e.g., process flows, wireframes, journey maps) to aid in decision-making and implementation.
• Improve product and process performance by identifying bottlenecks and recommending optimization opportunities.
• Support testing and validation by creating test cases and participating in user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Contribute to strategic planning by supporting roadmap discussions with insights and structured documentation.
• Promote best practices by mentoring junior analysts and sharing knowledge of tools, techniques, and frameworks.

Recommended Experience & Education

Minimum Years of Experience: 5 years of related experience or 3 years with an advanced degree.

Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Required

• Demonstrated ability to structure and communicate complex business problems and solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience working in or closely alongside Product Management organizations.
• Experience managing competing priorities and driving alignment among multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with executive and technical audiences.

Preferred

• Familiarity with financial modeling or business case development.
• Knowledge of digital banking or fintech products.
• Experience with backlog grooming, release planning, and product roadmapping tools.

The salary range for this position is: $102,000 - $128,000.
