Responsible for playing a key role in bridging Procurement and Operations, leading cross-functional initiatives that improve supply chain performance, support sourcing strategies, and drive operational excellence. The Sr Procurement Project Manager will lead procurement-related projects, expedite critical materials, and provide leadership to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and strong supplier performance. Location and Travel: This position is office based in Fargo, ND; PHX, AZ; Clinton, IN; Indianapolis, IN; Denver, CO. It requires 25% travel throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with all safety policies and procedures.
• Lead procurement and supply chain projects from initiation to execution.
• Define project scopes, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder roles.
• Manage and expedite critical orders to ensure material availability.
• Collaborate with Operations and Logistics to address supply chain issues.
• Analyze open order reports, escalate late shipments, and work with suppliers to accelerate deliveries.
• Support forecasting and align procurement with production schedules.
• Serve as liaison between Procurement, Operations, Engineering, and Finance.
• Translate operational needs into sourcing strategies and project plans.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and updates.
• Ensure compliance with policies, governance, and standards.
• Maintain procurement systems and processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper receipt of materials and payment processing.
• Support planning activities and provide project documentation.
• Lead expeditors to resolve supplier issues related to price, quality, and delivery.
• Provide training and mentorship to Field Buyers.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, or Project Management.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or related fields.
• Leadership experience required.
