Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Sr Procurement Buyer in Florida to drive procurement strategies and lead key sourcing initiatives. You will oversee supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost-control.

In this role, you will impact the successful execution of procurement practices, enhancing profitability, and securing a reliable and agile supply chain, making your expertise an indispensable asset to our organization's success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy that aligns with the organization's goals, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and supplier diversity.
• Oversee and manage complex procurement projects from initiation to completion, including supplier selection, negotiations, contract management, and delivery, ensuring project goals are met within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Provide guidance to a team of procurement professionals, ensuring the successful execution of procurement projects.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• Extensive experience in procurement and project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex procurement projects.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement strategies, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management.
