In this role you will drive financial transparency, reporting excellence, and strategic insights across Global Procurement, leading monthly closings, spend reporting, cost accounting, and KPI analysis to support leadership decisions. Qualifications

• Experience in financial controlling, procurement controlling, FP&A, or a closely related finance or supply chain function with progression in scope and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Proven track record of financial reporting, budget planning, and management-ready analysis under tight timelines in a cross-functional environment.
• Experience with cost accounting or spend analytics, ERP platforms (e.g., SAP), and reporting/visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Ability to analyze complex procurement and financial data sets, identify trends and variances, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration across Finance, Operations, Legal, and Procurement stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly and monthly DM PPV reports, Indirect Reporting, and Supplier Tariff Reports; prepare forecasts and budgets; present results during monthly forecast calls.
• Own the monthly Veralto Procurement Metric Submission (VAE, PPM, OTD) and related disclosures and reconciliations for enterprise accuracy.
• Maintain PPV/VAVE Weekly Project Scorecard; manage ad-hoc reporting refreshes for DM and Indirect; ensure data currency and stakeholder readiness.
• Manage Outside Inventory Tracker with Finance to maintain visibility into inventory positions across the organization.
• Lead Spend Analytics on Direct Materials, monitor inflation risk, and validate PPV savings against forecast.

We're seeking a Sr. Procurement Analyst to drive financial transparency, reporting excellence, and strategic insight across Videojet's Global Procurement function. In this role, you'll lead monthly financial closing, spend and savings reporting, cost accounting, and KPI-driven performance analysis that empowers leadership to make faster, smarter decisions - while also serving as a key connector across Procurement, Finance, Operations, and Legal. What You’ll Do

Reporting & Financial Controlling

• Deliver weekly and monthly Direct Material (DM) PPV reports, Indirect Reporting, and Supplier Tariff Reports while preparing forecasts and budgets and presenting results during monthly forecast calls to drive management alignment.
• Own the monthly Veralto Procurement Metric Submission (VAE, PPM, OTD), the quarterly Related Persons & Take-or-Pay Disclosure to Veralto, and Procurement Expense Account Reconciliation (Outside Services, Material for Research, Travel, and other categories) to ensure enterprise-level compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain the PPV/VAVE Weekly Project Scorecard and manage ad-hoc reporting refreshes (PD, L1 Ops, and others for DM and Indirect) to ensure data currency and stakeholder readiness.
• Manage the Outside Inventory Tracker in close partnership with Finance, ensuring accurate visibility into inventory positions across the organization.

Spend Analytics & Value Creation

• Lead Spend Analytics on Direct Materials, including inflation reduction efforts, PPV savings validation against forecast, and commodity trend monitoring by building correlation models between Videojet materials and commodity indices to proactively identify negotiation or protection opportunities.
• Monitor supplier risk by leveraging AI tools and Copilot-enabled insights, translating outputs into actionable intelligence for the Procurement team.
• Build out and monitor adherence to Service Level Agreements on Indirect Spend, and improve contract coverage by partnering with Legal and Category Managers to drive improvements in contract quality and percentage coverage on key suppliers.

Operations & Process Support

• Lead Weekly Daily Management cadence for Global Procurement and Supply Chain teams, driving accountability, issue resolution, and continuous improvement rhythm.
• Support resolution of AP issues by partnering with Accounts Payable and Operations sites to remove friction and maintain supplier relationship health.
• Act as the single point of contact for the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process, completing financial analysis for each ECO and assigning to the appropriate Category Manager to ensure timely and informed decision-making.
• Coordinate support for issuing Purchase Orders, monitor incoming First Article Inspections (FAIs), and work collaboratively with local sites to maintain committed timelines.
• Globalize and own the Vendor Add and Vendor Edit processes, including accountability for Visual Compliance screening to ensure regulatory and policy adherence.
• Manage PPV/VAVE projects, ensuring savings are tracked, validated, and reported accurately.

Qualifications

• Experience with cost accounting or spend analytics, ERP platforms (e.g., SAP), and reporting/visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex procurement and financial data sets, identify trends and variances, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations
• Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate across Finance, Operations, Legal, and Procurement stakeholders and present findings to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a global or multi-site procurement or supply chain controlling environment
• Familiarity with AI-enabled spend analytics tools or procurement risk platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Coupa, or similar)
• Background in commodity index modeling, inflation risk management, or supplier contract strategy
• Experience with Visual Compliance, vendor onboarding processes, or ECO financial workflows
• Familiarity with Daily Management or Lean operating systems (e.g., Kaizen, DBS, or equivalent)
• Experience managing Veralto or parent-company metric submissions or enterprise reporting frameworks

The compensation range for this role is $90,000 - $105,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
