Qualificações

• Masters in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Physics or equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant experience or a PhD in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Physics or equivalent.
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments (DoE).
• Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving methods and experience.
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques such as Matlab, Python, Spotfire or similar software packages.
• Scripting/programming experience preferred; SQL queries, data analysis scripting.
• Must be proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and windows-based software.

Description

The Skyworks Process Development R&D team is looking for a process engineer specializing in RIE/plasma etch to support next generation SAW Acoustic Wave device development. The candidate will be responsible for both dielectric and metal etch process development to support enabling technologies for SAW product improvement.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD$86,600 -$182,500 per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different base pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S. Benefits include access to healthcare benefits (including a premium-free medical plan option), a 401(k) plan and company match, an employee stock purchase plan, paid time off (including vacation, sick/wellness, parental leave), among others.
