A leading company in semiconductor manufacturing is seeking a Senior Process Development Engineer to own process development and integration for critical specialty foundry customers. Position Summary:

SkyWater is looking for a Senior Process Development Engineer has the responsibility of owning the process development and integration of the Back-End of the Line for critical specialty foundry customers. This is an exciting time to join SkyWater where you can support development working on process improvement, yield and process optimization projects.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead development and integration efforts in photolithography, etch, or CMP areas.
  • Optimize process integration to reduce and maintain cycle times.
  • Drive continuous improvement the Back-End to improve device performance.
  • Represent SkyWater to the customer in the areas of Back-End development and performance.
  • Resolve process excursions and drive permanent Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA).
  • The job also requires performing other duties as assigned. Percentages of time spent on job duties are estimates and may vary for each position.

Required Qualifications

  • Education - Bachelors in an Engineering discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of DOE, SPC, and 6-sigma concepts and applications
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis software (SAS JMP, Python, or similar).
  • CMOS Back-End integration knowledge and integration expertise.
  • US Citizenship Required: This position will require the holding of a government security clearance which requires U.S Citizenship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management skills and/or defined training.
  • Masters/PhD in an Engineering discipline.

The annual salary range for this role is $110,000 - $165,000. Pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, the job-related experience, skills, education, and credentials of each candidate.
