Overview
Sr. Business Process Consultant / Manager (Contract)
Location: Remote in the U.S. with quarterly travel expected
Engagement: Contract, 6-12 months with strong likelihood of extension or FTE conversion.
Compensation: Based on experience and fit.
What You Will Do
- Stand up a Launch Readiness process that prepares all business areas and end users for technology and process change
- Capture SME knowledge and convert it into high-quality process maps, procedures, and training artifacts
- Build reusable playbooks for external partner integrations, Third Party Claims Administrators, underwriting partners, and new-company acquisitions
- Define and implement processes that enable teams to measure effectiveness and business results
- Stand up JIRA dashboards and reporting that provide visibility to leadership and stakeholders
- Operate as a facilitator and change enabler across functions with varying process maturity
What You Bring
- Deep business process design and documentation experience across cross-functional environments
- Proven record turning ambiguous requirements into clear workflows and communication artifacts
- Practical Six Sigma experience. Black Belt not required, tools and methods are,
- JIRA proficiency, including dashboarding and executive-ready reporting
- Strong facilitation, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in insurance or healthcare
- Familiarity with SAFe environments and enterprise delivery cadences
- Change management exposure and training development experience
- Priority is the person over location. Atlanta proximity is a plus
- Expect quarterly travel for PI planning and/ or key workshops
