Northrop Grumman’s Space Systems Sector is seeking a Systems Engineer – Level 4 to join our team in our Fairfax, VA or Morrisville, NC locations. In this role, the Systems Engineer – Level 4 will work in tandem with a scrum team of other software and systems engineers responsible for defining the product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring that all features align with business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks and facilitate the timely delivery of high-quality mission focused software systems solutions. Additionally, you will incorporate user feedback to continuously refine the product roadmap and drive innovation in response to evolving customer needs. Development is done within the Agile paradigm using the Atlassian tool suite, so you will need to be able to work within an Agile environment.

$135,800.00 - $213,400.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
