Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking a Sr Principal Program Cost Scheduling Control Analyst for onsite work in Elkton, MD. You will manage the master schedule, integrate cost and schedule data, and provide rigorous EVMS reporting for space and defense programs.

The role demands extensive scheduling experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate with program management and external customers. Clearances and DoD program exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of scheduling experience in lieu of degree (or 8+ years with a Bachelor’s).
• Knowledge of EVMS requirements and cost/schedule integration.
• Ability to lead, present, and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience with Deltek CostPoint, Cobra, OpenPlan or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated master plan and IMS from inception to completion.
• Integrate WBS, SOW, teams, deliverables and resources into the Master Schedule.
• Input EVMS requirements and reports to financial controls as required.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly operational reviews and cost performance analysis.
