Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 3) to join our team in Linthicum, MD. The role supports InSITE and NOVASTAR programs, interfacing with program and financial managers to provide cost control and forecasting.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience or a Master’s with 3 years, or 9 years in lieu of a degree, plus strong Excel and SAP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in business, finance, or accounting, with relevant experience.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP and conditional formatting.
• Experience with SAP and earned value management is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support program cost control and forecasting for assigned programs.
• Review invoicing for accuracy and completeness and coordinate IWOs.
• Contribute to monthly rolling forecast updates and cost reporting.
• Submit SAPFast updates after customer modifications are received.
• Support various program initiatives and EVMS-related tasks as needed.
• Interface with program managers and finance teams to enable reliable spend plans.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
