You will lead the Just Walk Out Technology product management team as we revolutionize physical retail by eliminating checkout lines and friction from in-store shopping experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global product strategy and expansion roadmap for Just Walk Out Technology across new retail verticals and geographic markets
• Own the value proposition, pricing strategy, and business cases that drive adoption of our technology among enterprise retailers
• Lead cross-functional go-to-market initiatives, working with sales, marketing, and business development to accelerate customer acquisition
• Develop and measure KPIs that demonstrate clear business value to customers, from operational efficiency to enhanced shopping experiences
• Create compelling product narratives and business cases that resonate with C-suite retail executives
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key retail partners to inform product direction and drive adoption
• Lead a team of product managers to deliver innovative solutions that scale across diverse retail verticals
• Make data-driven decisions that expand our technology\u2019s market presence and competitive advantage

Basic Qualifications

• 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• 6+ years of team management experience
• Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience supporting large projects or programs from the ground floor

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment
• Experience leading cross-functional software development teams, operations, UX Designer and other Product Managers
• Experience in a high-performance start-up or incubation effort within a larger company

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $179,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $309,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
