Cadence Design Systems in California is seeking a Software Engineer to design, build, and improve the processor generator, processing systems, and supporting infrastructure.

The Tensilica Products Group of Cadence is a leading provider of processor IP for audio, vision, and AI applications in embedded platforms. We are looking for a skilled, creative Software Engineer to help design, build, and improve our processor generator, processing systems, and supporting infrastructure. In this role that involves software and systems engineering, you will work across the full product life cycle: analyzing user needs; designing and developing control components, backend systems, database interfaces, supporting web applications; and automated testing. You will be working with our processor generator engineering team and interacting with several other teams. This is a great opportunity for a systems/infrastructure/software engineer to make major contributions in a core team that develops and operates parts of our infrastructure.
The annual salary range for California is $161,000 to $299,000.

Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure.
