Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Sr Principal Engineer – MES Systems to join our manufacturing IT team in Indianapolis, IN. You will design, develop and validate MES solutions across new API facilities, collaborating with global sites to enable standardized recipes and data integration.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in MES implementations in regulated environments, strong leadership, and expertise in coordinating CSV, validation documentation, and vendor partnerships to ensure compliant, scalable

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Engineering, or related technical field required.
  • 10+ years of experience with MES implementations and data integration.
  • Professional experience in a GXP, regulated environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

The Sr Principal Engineer - MES System will part of one of our new state of the art API facility MES team tasked with developing standard approaches and components that will used to build MES recipes and integration throughout Lilly’s network of new Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) sites. The role will assist local teams in the Design, Development, Delivery and CSV of the MES solutions for the new facilities. This role will report to the MQ IT Leader for new facilities.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location.

$126,000 - $184,800

Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
