Job description

What success looks like in this role:

• Serves as an Engagement Executive for significant solicited and unsolicited deal pursuits.
• Engages with client stakeholders, new or existing, to identify adoption, expansion and other opportunities for Unisys technologies, products and solution offerings.
• Analyzes market data to identify trends and opportunities and creates compelling written proposals and oral presentations that showcase the benefits, outcomes and value associated with Unisys’ solutions.
• Provides client feedback and market knowledge to delivery teams to improve overall development and positioning of offerings within the portfolio.
• Utilizes Unisys’ processes and methodologies to facilitate and build out deal specifications, ensuring that solutions meet client needs.
• Negotiates new or modified customer agreements, working with Legal and other internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with established policy and acceptable risk profile.
• Leads a highly diverse team in the development and creation of the technical, financial and commercial framework for business pursuits to capture opportunities resulting in a clear, concise proposal that addresses client’s key challenges and demonstrates our understanding of their issues with a clear focus on Unisys as the business partner to solve them.
• Constructs the value proposition, business case, negotiation, pricing, and terms / conditions for business pursuits and is the primary interface to the client.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 8+ years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Master’s degree preferred
