Your Team, Your Impact
The Custom Cloud Solutions (CCS) Architecture team is responsible for developing novel solutions and defining product and technology requirements for Marvell’s cutting-edge data center ASICs. We collaborate with leading data center companies, internal engineering teams, and external partners to bring next-generation SoC for cloud data centers to reality.

What You Can Expect

• Develop high-level specifications, product requirements, and solution architecture for HBM/DDR memory for custom compute products, and drive innovations for memory controllers.
• Shape Marvell’s HBM/DDR memory architecture strategy and roadmap by working with customers, internal stakeholders, and industry partners.
• Develop micro-architecture, detailed implementation specifications, and verification/test plans in collaboration with development teams.
• Coordinate with validation and operations teams to ensure product qualification and testing meet all requirements and KPIs.
• Develop and analyze memory system models to evaluate performance metrics such as throughput, latency, and QoS.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field with 15+ years of experience, or Master’s/PhD with 8+ years.
• Deep expertise in DDR/HBM memory subsystem analysis and specification, with design experience in memory controllers being a strong plus.
• Knowledge of memory technologies like HBM, LPDDR4/5, and JEDEC standards.
• Proven experience in system modeling for performance and area/power trade-offs.
• Experience in developing ECC and RAS features for server-class products.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.

Compensation

Base salary range: $177,380 - $265,700 per annum. Actual starting salary depends on skills, experience, location, and market conditions. Additional benefits include bonus, equity, health and financial wellbeing programs, flexible time off, 401k, and more.
