Lilly is seeking a qualified analytical science professional to provide lab leadership and technical direction in its QC laboratory environments. The role focuses on analytical testing, method transfer, and data integrity to support marketed products across site networks.
Responsibilities include overseeing transfer of analytical methods, coordinating with global Quality Labs, and ensuring compliance with Quality Standards while supporting inspection readiness and audits.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $115,500 - $169,400 Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
