Salary: $150,000 - $350,000 per year

Responsibilities include defining ATE test hardware and software, supporting new product launches into high-volume production, including board-level hardware design, algorithm development, software implementation, and validation on custom and standard ATE platforms. Job Details:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop robust test solutions for precision timing, mixed-signal/analog devices, considering quality, cost, and time-to-market.
  • Design custom test boards and probe cards at the board level.
  • Set up, implement, debug, and optimize test programs for automated testing.
  • Ensure scalability, reusability, and accuracy of test programs.
  • Manage NPI test package transfer to production.
  • Collaborate with overseas teams to release test solutions.
  • Lead yield enhancement and cost reduction projects.
  • Support other projects as needed by management.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in ATE development for mixed-signal ICs.
  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; Masters or PhD preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with ATE platforms like Teradyne's ETS-364, ETS-88, uFLEX, or LTX-Credence's ASL1K.
  • Knowledge of analog electronics, board-level design, and debugging.
  • Experience with statistical analysis of test data.
  • Proficiency with electronics lab instrumentation; experience with metrology systems is a plus.
  • Strong programming skills in C++, MATLAB, Python preferred.
  • Team-oriented with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
