We are seeking a Sr. Principal Architect, HR Digital Solutions for our global, premier client. This direct hire role is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the Chicagoland, IL office. The Principal Architect will lead digital transformation efforts across HR and Shared Services, leveraging your expertise in business processes, architecture principles, and technology. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect, design and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and competitiveness. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking and effective communication skills to drive digital initiatives to optimize HR and Shared Services operations.
